Review of Boqueria Tapas

The food never lets you down but very interrupted service despite having lots of staff. Recommended if you want to nibble, drink and chat

Last night was my third trip to Boqueria and it has been fully consistent. The food continues to be excellent and the service continues to be patchy with drinks forgotten for 30 minutes at a time.

I did a generic order for everyone and it was well received. The usual staples:

• Patatas Bravas
• Charcuteria
• Manchego & Membrillo
• Albondigas

Food is tasty, simple and perfect for long lazy eating and chatting where you don't want a full formal meal.

I spent the night on Iki Japanese beer and I can highly recommend that too.
